What is.... ANIMAL FLOW ?

     A unique, ground-based movement program that integrates elements from various bodyweight disciplines such as breakdancing, parkour, gymnastics, hand balancing, and animal locomotion patterns. It emphasizes fluid, continuous movement through "flows," where different exercises are seamlessly linked together to create a chain of energy and motion.

     This style of movement is designed to be accessible to people of all skill levels, with exercises ranging from beginner to advanced. The core focus is on Quadrupedal Movement Training (QMT), which uses animal-inspired poses, transitions, and crawling patterns. These movements help improve whole-body stabilization, dynamic balance, range of motion, and upper body strength. It's an excellent alternative form of training for those looking to enhance flexibility and functional fitness.

     Although Animal Flow movements may resemble yoga in some of their stretches, they are not rooted in yoga traditions. The flow-like sequences make it visually dynamic, evoking comparisons to breakdancing and parkour, yet it stands out due to its focus on quadrupedal, or "four-limbed," locomotion. This makes it a versatile and engaging practice for improving overall fitness, mobility, and body control.
